Neglected Emails & Refused Account Adjustments: Poor Customer Service in a Large Firm's Platform

Nice platform, but the customer service is genuinely shocking for such a large company. I've had multiple emails get ignored, and they refuse to make small changes to your account which I know they have the ability to make (from years working in the SB/CFD industry). They have outsourced customer service and the level of care is awful.
