#soolike is a black platform, if you haven't been deceived yet, quickly try to withdraw funds. The backend can delete trading records, and now the official website does not allow login, the account passwords have been changed.

Soolike platform agent (Xu Heng) (Xiao Huang) induced me to open an account on this platform by offering promotional bonuses and deposit incentives around the end of 2024. Throughout 2025, I repeatedly requested withdrawals, only to be denied under various pretexts. Finally, on December 6, 2025, they deleted my backend account and removed all contact information.

Do not use this platform. They can delete transaction records behind the scenes to trigger margin calls, and then freeze your account so you can't log in.

SOOLIKE terminated the partnership in November and replied via email: "Your refund request for account 3****2 has been approved. The refund amount is USD 2,981. Your refund is expected to arrive within approximately 15 business days. Please monitor the changes in your account funds." It has now been over 20 business days, but the refund has still not been received. Emails sent to the platform inquiring about the refund have also gone unanswered. We urge the platform to arrange the refund as soon as possible.

There's still money in there. They just deleted the account outright. How do I contact their customer service to withdraw funds?

The withdrawal was requested the day before, and the next day a fake order was opened directly to liquidate your position. I have been monitoring the account throughout the process. The withdrawal has not been credited to the account up to now.

Absolutely terrible. Customer service never responds. Withdrawals through brokers are constantly delayed. My account has been frozen for trading. I submitted a withdrawal request, but it remains unprocessed. Then, on the third day, they automatically added fake orders, causing my account to blow up. Stay away from this scam platform.

Recently, on social video platforms like Bilibili and Douyin, some are attracting customers by promoting quantitative trading with stable profits, claiming high win rates, small stop-loss risks, and automated trading via neural network quantitative programs. They then ask clients to deposit amounts ranging from $2,000 to tens of thousands of dollars, only to blow up their accounts within a week. Withdrawal requests are often delayed with various excuses. Everyone, be cautious and avoid falling for these scams.

I got scammed, so why did my account get liquidated?

The platform's recommended strategy placed random orders without any apparent issues, leading to a margin call. When I contacted customer service, they ignored me.

The sudden increase in trading volume was due to EA distortion, requiring the platform to compensate for losses.

I registered on the Soolike platform on June 24th after being strongly recommended by an agent. I deposited a total of $3,500 in three separate installments, withdrew $1,766 twice during that period, and currently have $1,743 in principal remaining on the platform. On November 6th, after manually placing trades and reaching a profit of $3,100, I requested a withdrawal of $3,000. The platform rejected my request and sent an email accusing me of wash trading, but provided no evidence whatsoever. On November 8th, when my account balance reached $4,017 in profits, the platform abruptly and permanently deleted my trading account without prior notice. My principal and all trading records were erased. When I emailed the platform again in early November to negotiate, Soolike stated I must withdraw my complaint and sign a non-complaint guarantee before they would return my principal. This is clearly coercion. I have consistently communicated with the platform through proper channels and repeatedly contacted their agents, but no one has responded, and there has been no follow-up. (I possess all deposit/withdrawal records and email evidence!) I strongly demand that Soolike return my principal of $1,743 and cease threatening users.

On the evening of October 2nd, the EA initially entered only four 0.03-lot positions around the levels of 3896, 3883, 3870, and 3857, with a small 0.13-lot position scheduled to be added at 13:00. However, the EA on their platform kept doubling down on positions. By the time it blew up and exited, all the data showed it desperately piling into 1.3 lots at a single position at 3881. The exit data was later altered to show a full liquidation at 42. After manually closing positions, the EA automatically resumed trading, even disconnecting my account. This resulted in a direct liquidation loss of 5300 (with an initial capital of 3000). It's clear the EA acted intentionally. I took screenshots at the time. Post-incident, they claimed it was normal distortion from position doubling and even deleted my account backend. I demand a refund of my principal.

When it came to withdrawing, they used all sorts of excuses to restrict or delay payments. I currently have $6,000 in my account. When I submitted a withdrawal request, they claimed it was suspected of money laundering and said it would take 60 days to process the return. They are stalling the withdrawal. I have no choice but to expose this. I urge anyone considering joining to think carefully! I still have a balance of $6,020. I only demand the immediate return of my principal $6,000.

The online customer service is ignoring me. When I brought this to the sales representative, they assured that there's definitely no problem with the funds and tried to appease me with such words. They also encouraged me to deposit again saying there are gifts, and that I can withdraw after receiving the gifts, which I firmly refused. If I deposit again, the losses would be even greater. I advice those who want to trade on foreign platforms to use larger and regulated ones, not such blacklisted platforms that won't let you withdraw.

Salesperson lured clients to deposit claiming the use of their EA for trading. Then the platform arbitrarily changed the trading password in the backend, leading to friends' accounts getting blown up by martingale trading. Although my account suffered a loss, the platform didn't allow withdrawal, claiming rule violation in trading. If we used the same EA for trading, why can the salesperson withdraw freely but it's rule-violating trading for the customers?
