In my experience as a trader, the regulatory status of a broker is one of the first aspects I research before entrusting them with my capital. When I looked into BitMart, I noticed immediately that it is not regulated by any recognized financial authority. Its license is reported as revoked, and WikiFX explicitly warns of a suspicious regulatory license and high potential risk. There are also warnings from the UK’s FCA regarding BitMart being on the list of unauthorised firms, which is a significant red flag for me. This absence of valid regulatory oversight means there is no external agency ensuring BitMart’s compliance with financial standards, client fund segregation, or dispute resolution procedures. For me, this elevates the risk of trading or holding funds with them, as there is no safeguard or clear course of action in the case of operational failures, malpractice, or withdrawal issues. I strongly prefer to use brokers that are regulated by established authorities, as it adds a layer of protection and accountability that simply doesn't exist with unregulated platforms like BitMart.
