As a trader with years of experience in the forex industry, I’ve learned to be exceptionally cautious when evaluating new or lesser-known brokers. When I looked into Aqua, a few red flags immediately stood out to me. Most concerning is the absence of valid regulatory information, as the broker is openly noted to have no legitimate regulatory oversight and holds only a suspicious regulatory license. For me, regulatory status is crucial, especially before considering trading risk-sensitive assets like Gold (XAU/USD) and Crude Oil. The reason is simple: trading commodities such as gold and oil often involves higher volatility and larger capital flows, so dealing with a broker lacking robust oversight exposes traders to significant risks, including those of unfair practices or even difficulties withdrawing funds. Additionally, Aqua's very low regulatory and risk management indices, alongside warnings about its suspicious business scope and high potential risk, leave me with substantial doubts about the reliability or safety of trading any asset—let alone gold or crude oil—through their platform. Despite being established for 2-5 years and registered in the UAE, those facts alone don't compensate for the lack of transparency and legitimate regulation. Personally, I would not feel secure entrusting my capital to this broker, no matter which instruments they might offer. For me, prioritizing brokers with clear, verifiable regulation is non-negotiable, especially for commodities trading.
