As an independent trader who places great importance on broker legitimacy, I focus first on regulation and transparency. Industrial Securities Futures has held a CFFEX futures license in China for 5-10 years, which suggests a foundational level of oversight by credible authorities like the China Financial Futures Exchange and therefore, in theory, some client protection. Such regulation is significant, given the risks involved in any trading activity—solid compliance frameworks and oversight can reduce (but not eliminate) the risk of severe misconduct. Despite this regulatory footing, I find the lack of transparent fee structures and incomplete details about deposit and withdrawal policies concerning. Especially problematic for me is the absence of clear information on costs, as well as a negative user review mentioning frozen accounts and delayed withdrawals. While single user reports aren’t always fully reliable, for me, such issues raise important red flags—timely and frictionless fund access is non-negotiable for my confidence in a broker. On the technical side, the fact that their main trading platform is a proprietary app, rather than a globally recognized standard, might not fit every trader’s needs or expectations for platform robustness or transparency. In my judgement, while Industrial Securities Futures possesses basic legitimacy through regulation, I see sufficient operational concerns—especially in terms of fee transparency and reliable withdrawals—that I personally would approach with caution and conduct further due diligence before committing substantial funds.
