I opened a trading account with the platform equiti regulated under the Seychelles FSA with license number SD064. My account ID: 1013719018. All my XAUUSD gold trades were executed manually. I placed long and short orders in accordance with normal market fluctuations. I never employed EAs, arbitrage strategies, loophole exploitation or any other prohibited trading practices. Each order reflected genuine market participation, and I also sustained substantial trading losses throughout the period. Shortly after my account turned profitable, the platform unilaterally accused me of "abnormal and improper trading activities" and confiscated my total profit of US$1,916.76 without justification. The platform applies unfair double standards: all trading losses fall solely on me, yet profits are arbitrarily seized. They only issued a vague ruling of violation and refused to provide concrete evidence specifying which individual orders breached the terms and conditions. I have submitted an official appeal email to equiti’s Compliance Department, requesting the refund of the unlawfully withheld profits and a written explanation detailing the deduction grounds. Up to now, I have not received a fair resolution. My Requests I hope WikiFX will mediate this dispute and urge equiti to conduct a full review of my complete MT4 trading history. Demand the platform to refund the unlawfully detained profit of US$1,916.76 back to my trading account. Demand the platform to issue a written document listing itemized details of the alleged violating orders. Account ID: 367**** The broker deducted 892.41 USD from my account and disabled my withdrawal without providing any clear explanation or evidence. They only mentioned “abnormal trading behavior” but did not specify which Terms & Conditions I violated. I was copy trading from a master account at normal market prices and did not use any bonus or prohibited strategy. It is unclear why only my account was penalized while others were not. Additionally, Shehryar Lodi, Senior Vice President – SEA, previously indicated that the deducted funds would be restored, but no action has been taken so far. Support and compliance have been slow and unhelpful. If this issue is not resolved, I will escalate it to the relevant regulators and continue reporting publicly. Very disappointed with the lack of transparency.

I am an IB partner of Equiti and I am currently experiencing a serious issue with my commission withdrawal. My commission is clearly displayed on the web portal, but I am unable to withdraw it. The withdrawal function does not work even though the funds are shown in my account. I have already sent multiple emails to the broker’s support team, but there has been no response for more than 3 days and the issue has not been resolved. In addition, the BD/Sales manager Lodi who was previously in contact with me has not responded to my messages despite multiple attempts to reach out. This situation is very disappointing and unprofessional. As a partner, I expect transparency and timely support when it comes to commission payments. I hope Equiti can address this issue immediately and provide a clear explanation for why the commission withdrawal is not working.

I currently work and operate with Equiti using MetaTrader 5, and my experience has been solid and professional, especially for technical trading and disciplined risk management.

The platform is stable and has a lot of assets to choose from. They may not be the 'cheapest' in everything, but it feels like a fairly solid environment to trade comfortably.

I was considering the option of using this broker, but it has very bad reviews online, and its licenses are in tax havens, which is not trustworthy. Be careful if you want to use this broker; do more research about it.

After withdrawing funds, I found the withdrawal port disappeared. I contacted the account manager, who said it was under review and asked for some time via email. I've given you over half a month, but now I can't find customer service on the official website, and emails go unanswered. My account is even down over 10,000. If I had made tens of thousands in profit, I wouldn't say anything, but you're not letting me withdraw even when I'm losing money. How impressive.

If you can't afford it, don't open a platform. The account ledger is in the red, yet they won't let you withdraw funds. Their emails never address the actual issue.

The platform maliciously deducted 2365.41 USD from my account on September 1st, and also banned my trading privileges. It has been two days since I sent an email, but the issue remains unresolved.

Trashy trading platform. After trading for a long time, they suddenly deducted all my principal and profits without any communication, claiming I abused the system. What a joke. With this kind of behavior, they still dream of expanding their market? Everyone should stay away from this platform.
