In my experience, this is a significant risk factor and not something I take lightly. Regulatory oversight is critical because it provides traders like me with a basic level of security and an avenue for recourse if issues arise—especially in the fast-moving forex market. While FX Connect has been in operation for several years and offers various financial services and customer support channels, these characteristics do not compensate for the absence of formal regulation. Personally, when I assess any broker, the presence (or absence) of reputable oversight is often the deciding factor in whether I trust them with my capital.
