Personally, this lack of clarity would stop me from committing significant funds, as historical precedent in the industry shows that unregulated brokers can sometimes impose unexpected charges. If regulatory oversight is missing and the broker’s communication isn’t fully transparent, I would always recommend extreme prudence and, where possible, direct written confirmation regarding all possible fees before transacting.
