I am a registered user of the Exness platform, account number 47055263. I deposited $6,280 USD on March 17, 2026. Since March 27, 2026, I have encountered serious problems with the platform, including restrictions on withdrawals and delays in internal transfers and withdrawals under the pretext of technical issues. To date, I have been unable to withdraw my principal and profits, and my legal rights have been severely violated. I am now publicly complaining and exposing this issue to warn other investors to avoid this scam! I. Core Encounters: Multiple Obstacles, Funds Locked Up 1. Compliance Authentication Passed, Yet Unwarranted Obstacles I have submitted all compliance authentication materials, including my ID card, bank card, and proof of funds, as required by the Exness platform, and cooperated fully with the platform's KYC verification process. Despite my full cooperation with the platform in the KYC verification process and the provision of all required documentation, the platform has been delaying processing my withdrawal for 24 hours under the pretext that "Your matter is being handled properly. Our payment experts have received your question and are carefully reviewing the relevant content. We will inform you of the latest progress within 24 hours. We value your trust highly, so please rest assured that your issue is our priority." This constitutes a deliberately erected verification barrier and is completely illegal and unreasonable. 2. Withdrawal requests have been repeatedly rejected with false excuses. Since March 27, 2026, all withdrawals I have attempted through the USDT TRC20 channel have been marked "rejected" by the platform. The reason given for rejection is consistently: "Due to a short-term technical issue, the withdrawal request cannot be processed at this time. This technical issue may require 24 hours to resolve. Please try again later." However, from March 27 to April 7, for nearly half a month, the so-called "24-hour technical issue" has repeatedly occurred, causing continuous delays. There is no reasonable technical repair period whatsoever; it is purely an excuse used by the platform to evade and procrastinate. 3. Trading permissions are restricted, hindering normal operations. Currently, the platform only completes facial recognition and prompts "trading can continue," but the core functions of withdrawal and internal transfer are completely shut down. Funds in the account are frozen and cannot be withdrawn or transferred, seriously affecting my normal use of funds and trading arrangements. II. Platform Violations 1. Violation of financial compliance principles: As a legitimate trading platform, Exness, despite the user having completed all authentication, has no legal basis to restrict fund withdrawals without authorization, violating the core compliance requirement of "ensuring users' free access to funds." 2. False statements and delays in fulfilling responsibilities: Using "short-term technical issues" as a pretext to refuse withdrawals for an extended period constitutes fraudulent delays and is suspected of infringing on users' property rights. 3. Double standards in review: The review requirements for the source of funds are contradictory, with no clearly publicized standards, constituting maliciously adding thresholds. III. My firm commitment to protecting my rights 1. I demand that Exness immediately lift the withdrawal restrictions and complete the withdrawal application of 9652.70 USD within 24 hours, returning the full amount to my designated account. 2. If the platform continues to delay or refuse to fulfill its obligations, I will file complaints with all third-party media outlets and pursue the platform's legal responsibility through legal channels.

Hello, I've been trading forex for five or six years. I'd only ever heard of fraudulent platforms before, but never actually encountered one. This experience was quite an eye-opener. I opened an account and deposited funds after seeing information about DECODE online. On April 20th, I traded continuously from noon until after 11 PM, using only my mobile MT5 app. Because several of my accounts had been liquidated before, I was extremely impulsive and kept pressing the order button. My initial $8,300 account was used for gold trading, but it dwindled to only $2,000. Due to the heavy position size, I closed all positions as it seemed I was about to lose everything. I then deposited another $15,000 and continued frantically pressing the order button. Between the previous liquidation and the subsequent $15,000, my total account balance reached $17,000, with a maximum floating loss of over $10,000. My account was constantly below 100% margin, even experiencing four forced liquidations. After that, I just... I managed to hold on and even made $19,000, but the DECODE platform still accused me of violating regulations, saying my trades weren't manual and that I was engaging in spread arbitrage. Later, I sent them my trading history, including a clear equity curve, showing every trade was done on mobile. My account was constantly on the verge of being liquidated, but DECODE still accused me of violations without explaining why. I repeatedly asked why, and they kept saying it was confidential. Then, a supposed mediator from DECODE's Australian headquarters added me on WeChat and immediately tried to negotiate profits, which I refused. Then came some kind of independent third-party investigation that kept dragging things out. Today, they told me again that I was still found to be in violation. I asked again why, and they replied that they couldn't provide the original investigation report. I'm fed up with this platform's practices. I certainly won't get a refund for my losses. I risked my life to make some money and then was accused of violations.

On November 20, 2025, I registered an EC Markets account using my email address and completed real-name verification. On November 20, I deposited 1000 USD into my trading account number 2170106. As of December 1, the equity stood at 1,740.77 USD. At 19:26 Beijing time on December 1, I received an email notification from EC stating an account anomaly. Subsequently, I could no longer access the EC Markets official website backend or my account. However, on April 3,2026, an unauthorized third party was able to bypass all security measures to log into my account and, without triggering any OTP verification codes or 2FA verification, successfully transferred all funds in my trading account to V-Wallet and withdrew them. 2. Prior Warning Ignored I had previously clearly informed vantage staff in writing that I did not need and did not trust the V-Wallet feature, explicitly pointing out that this feature was a major security vulnerability. However, the platform completely ignored my risk warning, refused to disable the feature, and ultimately caused this loss of funds. 3. On March 27, 2024, I deposited funds into HTFX trading. Due to disadvantageous technical and news factors, I shorted the Nikkei stock index and successfully made a profit, intending to withdraw the next day.
